The person we are looking for has the skills to manage their own workload & projects across multiple clients as well as supporting the team to deliver their projects.

Working to the Director of Technical services, Mark Bishop, you will provide leadership, drive and focus to the technical teams across all service areas, be the contact point for all escalations from external customers and internally, responsible for ensuring that day to day business operations are working effectively and efficiently delivering the best class service to all of our customers, which is across a wide variety of market sectors and locations for our managed service customers.

As part of our team, the ideal candidate will have the competence to manage their own workload and projects across multiple clients as well as dealing with third party organisations and internal teams to ensure defined service levels are met and that our clients benefit from high quality services.

Requirements Team Leader:

  • Managing a team of security specialists to ensure customer KPIs are met
  • Working across other technical teams within Cloud21 to make sure there are no boundaries and that all teams work tougher to ensure the customer is the No1 priority
  • Working with key internal and external stakeholders to keep them appraised of any incidents and also customer feedback
  • Required to track the teams time across projects and services to ensure that time is being utilised effectively and no customer sees any degradation in service performance
  • Managing critical service incidences with the customers ensuring a fast resolution

You will have hands-on experience working with server and desktop devices. Key areas for the role are in server management and patching policies and schedules (any relevant certifications will be advantageous).

It would be advantageous, although not essential, if you have worked in or delivered IT services within the education and health sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a long-term career with a dynamic and innovative company.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with hardware; troubleshooting and hardware support experience with desktop and mobile devices. You will also be familiar with ITIL and have a qualification in IT information systems and/or 2-4 years equivalent work experience. Certifications in networking, Microsoft, ITIL, are desirable but not essential.

Operating within the Healthcare industry, our clients rely on strong and robust interfaces to exchange clinical data between their various systems, every day, 24 hours a day. As a member of our Systems Integration team, you will be required to investigate, analyse, and document existing interface configurations with a high level of detail and accuracy.

You will be familiar with following published system interface specifications to design and scope new interface requirements and produce effective documentation of interfaces.
