The acquisition builds upon Cloud21’s position as a partner to health and care organisations throughout their digital transformation journey.

Cloud21, a provider of consultancy and managed IT services to the health and care sector, has acquired Integris Solutions. This acquisition expands Cloud21’s service offerings, providing additional capabilities in data migration, informatics and increased Electronic Patient Record (EPR) proficiencies.

“Since founding Integris, Richard Collins and Damian Pearce have done a tremendous job building a highly qualified, professional team focused on providing excellent data migration and EPR implementation services to NHS clients,” said Dr. Tony Corkett, CEO of Cloud21. “We are keen to invest in the development of their data migration solutions and provide a turnkey solution to clients across all of the EPR needs.”

Damian Pearce, Co-Founder and Director of Integris, added, “Being part of Cloud21 and a global organisation means we can increase the investment in the development of our solutions in response to key challenges we see, and create new opportunities for our highly talented teams.”

“We are proud to join forces with Cloud21, with whom we share similar values and a commitment to delivering technology that enables clinical transformation so that our clients can provide the best possible care to patients.”

Corkett added, “Our top priorities are twofold: to see that we benefit and learn from past digital transformation programmes so that true clinical transformation is achieved from the investment in this next generation of technology. Our second priority is to continue our strategic growth plan to add scale and innovation for our clients and opportunities for our talented people. Integris is another positive step forward in our growth ambitions.”
